In the Name of
God Amen I John Lubson of the Parish of St Martins in the fields in the County of Middlesex victualler being of sound and disposing Mind and Memory Praised be God Considering the uncertainty of this Transitory Life Do Make and declare these present to Stand and be for and as My last will and Testament in Manner and form following (that is to Say) first and principally I Recommend My Soul into the hands of Almighty God hopeing to be Saved and My Body to the Earth to be Decently Interred ; and as to Such Estate wherewith it hath or shall please God to bless me with at the time of My Decease ; I give and dispose thereof as follows / first I will that all My Just Debts and funeral Charges Shall be fully paid and Satisfied ; and I do give and bequeath to My well beloved Wife Ann Lubson all My Real and Personal Estate for her Use and Benefit and Nominate and Appoint her the Said Ann Lubson My Well beloved Wife to be Exetrix of this My Last Will and Testament September the 26th 1757 John Lubson Signed sealed published Declared and Delivered as & for the Last Will & Testament of the said John Lubson In the presence of us Robt. Atkinson Richd. Partridge |
