          I, MICHAEL CONDON, residing at Verplanck, in the
Town of Cortlandt, County of Westchester and State of New York,
do make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL
AND TESTAMENT that is to say:
FIRST: I order and direct that all my just debts
and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon after my decease
as may be practicable.
SECOND:- I give and bequeath to my daughter, Alice
Condon, the sum of ONE THOUSAND ($1000) DOLLARS, to be paid
from the benefit received by my estate from the Standard
Textile Products Company.
THIRD:- I give and bequeath to my son Michael
Condon, Jr., the sum of FIVE HUNDRED ($1000) DOLLARS, to be
paid from the benefit received by my estate from the Standard
Textile Products Company.
FOURTH:- I give and bequeath to my grandson, William
Condon, Jr., my certain Registered Liberty Bond in the sum
of FIFTY (50) DOLLARS.
FIFTH:- I give and bequeath to my daughter-in-law
Catherine Condon, wife of my son Wiliiam Condon, the sum or
sums to my credit and on deposit with the Peekskill Savings
Bank, Peekskill, New York.
SIXTH:- All the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, both real and personal, of whatsoever kind and nature,
and wheresoever situate, of which I am seized or possessed,
or to which at the time of my death I shall min anywise be
entitled, including the balance of the benefit due my estate
from the Standard Textile Products Company, and the house and
lots which I own on Fifth Street, Verplanck, New York, I give,
devise and bequeath to my son, William Condon, to have and to
hold absolutely and forever.
SEVENTH:- I further order and direct, that my
funeral expenses and expenses of administration of my estate
shall be paid in proportionate shares from the bequests herein
given to my daughter, Alice Condon and my two sons, Michael
Condon, Jr., and William Condon.
EIGHTH:- I further order and direct, that my
Executor hereinafter named shall not be required to give bond
or bonds for the faithful performance of his duties as such,
and that he shall have full power to sell or dispose of the
whole or any part of my estate.
I make, constitute and appoint my son, William
Condon, to be executor of this my last will and testament,
hereby revoking all former wills made by me.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my
name and affixed my seal the fifth day of December in the year
of Our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-five.

The foregoing^consisting of two sheets, was subscribed
by the said MICHAEL CONDON, in our presence and he then and
there acknowledged to each of us that he had executed the
same, and he at the same time declared the said instrument so
subscribed by him to be his last will and testament and we, at
his request have signed our names as witnesses hereto, in his
presence, and in the presence of each other, and have so signed
our names as witnesses on each sheet herein and written under-
neath our names at the end hereof our respective places of
residence.
AND WE DO CERTIFY, that the said MICHAEL CONDON at
the time he so executed said instrument in our presence and
declared the same to each of us to be his last will and testa-
ment was of sound mind, memory and understanding, and was in
all respects competent to make the same, and was not under any
restraint.
