This is the last Will and Testament

of me Lucy Pracy formerly of 16 Dalby Terrace City Road in the

Parish of Saint Mary Islington and now of 3 Sydney Street City

Road in the said Parish First I direct all my just debts and funeral

expenses to be paid I then give and bequeath to my Sister Rebecca
  Fox of Acre Lane Clapham Widow ten pounds also to my Sister Ann
  Fox of 3 Garden Place Crown Street Walworth Widow nineteen pounds
  nineteen shillings also to my Niece Susan Fox of the same place nineteen
  pounds nineteen shillings Also to my Niece Rebecca Fox of Box Hill
  Sydney now residing with her Aunt Mrs Terry of the same place nine-
  teen pounds nineteen shillings Also to Mr John Ireland of
  Tabernacle Row City Road aforesaid nineteen pounds nineteen
  shillings and a further sum to the said John Ireland of Five
  pounds for a ring Also to Mr James Dyer of Finsbury Place
  South nineteen pounds nineteen shillings and a further sum to the
  said James Dyer of Five pounds for a ring Also to Miss Mary
  Payne? of Denmark Terrace Islington Five pounds for a ring Also to
  Mr & Mrs Robson of Marshall Street Silver Street Golden Square
  Five pounds cash for a ring Also to Mr and Mrs William Cooper of
  Crouch End Hornsey Five pounds cash for a ring also to Mrs Kelly
  of Newington Green Stoke Newington Five pounds Also to Mr
  and Mrs Channin? of Newington Green Stoke Newington Five pounds
  cash Also to Mrs Ireland of Tabernacle Row City Road Five pounds
  for a ring Also to Mrs Dyer of Finsbury Place South Five pounds for a
  ring Also to Mr Jasper Capper of Stoke Newington Five pounds Also to
  my Sister in Law Elizabeth Pracy of Motley St Curtain Road Ten pounds
  Also I direct my linen furniture and wearing apparel to be divided between
  my said Sister Ann Fox and my said Niece Susan Fox and the survivor
  of them living at my decease except those articles hereinafter mentioned
  namely a small mahogany box which I wish Mrs Robert Batterbee? to
  have Also a Tea Caddy with Spoon which I wish Mrs James Field to
  have also a Prayer Book bound brown with my name in it date 1833
  which I wish Mrs James Dyer to have also I give to my said Niece Susan
  Fox my Watch The Residue of my Estate I give to my Sister
  Ann Fox for her life and at her decease to my Niece Susan Fox absolutely
  but in case the said Susan Fox should die before the said Ann Fox then I
  give and bequeath the said residue to my Sister Ann Fox absolutely And
  I hereby appoint the said John Ireland and the said James Dyer as my
  Executors Witness my hand and seal this fifth day of July one thousand

  Proved at London 18th Jany 1849 before The worshipful Alfred
  Waddilove Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of James Dyer one
  of the Executors to whom Admon was granted having been first sworn
  duly to administer Power reserved of making the like grant to John
  Ireland the other Executor when he shall apply for the same
