Occupation
The 1841 census gives her occupation as 'F. S.' [Female Servant], and that of
her 14 year-old fellow-occupant as 'I' [of independent means], but the enumerator
probably made an error here. A far more likely scenario is that Lucy PRACY
was 'of independent means' (like her sisters Ann and Rebecca in 1841), and that
14 year-old Harriet DYER was her 'female servant'.
